We not only focus on generating winners rather we are dedicated to building agricultural leaders of tomorrow through showmanship improvement, livestock selection and evaluation, nutrition, fitting, character strengthening.
It is our goal to instill teamwork and citizenship in our campers while increasing their passion and commitment.
Our desire is to create a Family of Champions and a force of life changing leaders for our industry while giving them the experience and memories of a lifetime.
Extreme levels of hands on learning and 1 on 1 coaching with industry leading state and national champion counselors will positively impact your camper's life forever.

I am a southeast Kansas native and first-generation agriculturist committed to sharing my faith and changing the lives of youth across the country. It is my greatest joy to see my campers succeed and mentor my counselors. I have judged livestock shows at the state and national level giving me a unique perspective on what my campers need to know to impress even the most critical judges.

"Born and raised in Oregon with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction of Mathematics, I am proud to be a middle school teacher here in Oregon. I grew up riding horses, was Yoncalla Rodeo Queen 2015, and was involved in 4-H and FFA through middle and high school showing sheep, pigs, and goats. I am wife to my middle school sweetheart, Trent, and mama to our sweet one-year-old, Cooper! Together, we have a small herd of cattle, goats, and horses but our main focus is raising club lambs. Though I was never a YGB camper myself, my husband and I have been close with Chastin and have hosted YGB clinics for years. Now, as 4-H leaders and club lamb producers, we love being able to share the YGB experience with kids in our area. My favorite thing about YGB is that it bridges the gap between the experienced and the novice, helping both extremes and everything in between with positivity, excitement, and faith."

Nebraska born and raised, I am currently studying Athletic Training & Sports Medicine at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE. I grew up showing sheep, pigs, and goats and attended my first YGB camp in 2010. Attending camp for three years played an enormous role in the success I had in my show career at places like the Nebraska State Fair, Aksarben, Northern International Livestock Expo (NILE), and the National Western Stock Show. Becoming a part of the YGB staff has truly been one of the greatest blessings in my life! It has really helped me step out of my comfort zone and learn to build relationships with those around me. My favorite thing about YGB is getting to travel the country and create lifelong friendships. I especially love working close with our amazing campers while watching them grow and become amazing individuals. It brings me so much joy to see our campers come out of their shell and aspire to become better showmen.

YGB has changed my life for the better by allowing me the chance to work with youth as passionate about livestock as I am. My goal is to inspire them as much as they inspire me and to help them achieve their goals by positivity and determination. I also enjoy working with campers who are strong in their faith as Christians and in doing so create an environment unlike any other making YGB the BEST experience.”

“I have been with the YGB family for 4 years and I have loved every second of it. I'm from Murray, KY and am currently attending Murray State University studying Agriculture Economics and Data Science. Growing up I lived in a diversified agricultural environment, raising both tobacco and show lambs. Throughout this time, I showed sheep and goats at various livestock shows across the county. Having been both a YGB camper and counselor, I am able to channel both my personal experience and the training of counselors before me into my passion for helping younger showmen. Personally, there is nothing that makes me happier than seeing the kids I am able to mentor go on and do great things. When I am not on the road with YGB, at a livestock show or in school, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, hiking, planning future businesses, and working on computers.”

"I am an Oklahoma native and currently a student at Oklahoma State University, majoring in Agriculture Education. I grew up showing sheep and was involved in 4-H and FFA through high school, as well as serving on the 2019-2020 Oklahoma FFA State Officer team! I joined the YGB crew last year, and I can say with absolute certainty that it has been the best decision I have ever made! The YGB Team is made up of the most caring, loyal, loving, and genuine people I have ever met. Livestock is my passion and through YGB I have been able to meet so many different people to open doors for future opportunities. I have also been able to meet so many wonderful and amazing campers and counselors from all over the country. Through these camps, I have also been able to strengthen my faith and create a group of accountability partners to help me stay steadfast and along a straight path for the right reasons! "

"The livestock industry has been a huge part of my life since I was born. My family raises club lambs in small town Nebraska, so I grew up watching my older siblings show in 4-H and FFA before me. This sparked my passion for showmanship. YGB opened my eyes to a whole new level of competition. Before my first camp, I had been struggling with my faith and I can truly say that the longer I am involved in YGB the stronger my faith gets. My favorite part about being a counselor is sharing my passion with other excited kids in the industry! I have seen how YGB can change a kid, not only in their showmanship level but also their heart. There’s no other camp like it."

“Hi, I’m Hannah Robertson and I’m the Super Abilities Director for YGB. I am a senior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and am excited to start my masters in Speech-Language Pathology at UNL in August. As for my showing career, I’ve seen success at the state and national level in cattle, sheep and goats. This is my ninth year with YGB, and I’m beyond excited to spend another summer coaching the next generation of future winners!”
